Leave it to the democrats to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. After this week's election, Dems finally had leverage and threw it all away. I don't think Dem senators truly care about helping people if they give up a fight for nothing. Shame on you.

The Big Beautiful Bill takes money from the poor and gives it to the rich. But they'd like to give the rich even more money than cuts provide so they are also taking a big loan to give the rich even more money saddling the rest of us with enormous interest payments for both govt and personal debt.
