I’ve volunteered with a couple human rights orgs that provide a range of services to survivors of torture, political persecution, sexual violence, etc. seeking asylum in the US. Specifically, from a psychological standpoint, we interviewed applicants and drafted evals (affidavits)…

I think they opted for the basic theft instead of complicating things with AI.

This image is everywhere, and these predatory accounts are multiplying. I hope something is done about this.

They stole it. Do a reverse image search, you’ll find it everywhere.

I completed my predoctoral internship at a Kirkbride state hospital. Beautiful campus, also rumored to be haunted. Lots of history at these institutions.

Gorgeous snake. I love their eyes.

Thank you so much. I shot this with my phone on New Years Eve (2021) while I was walking to the market (I used to live on this street). I squatted down really low, but you can see part of my reflection in the glass, but I edited myself out for this. 😶‍🌫️

last time was in Samara. I also fell madly in love with CR, the Ticos, the food/culture/everything. It holds a very special place in my heart. I don’t blame you for leaving. I hope to do the same (explore some of my roots) in Ecuador. 🖤

Oh wow, this is amazing! I knew that sign looked familiar. Over the course of a few years, I spent several months in CR, but this was a long time ago. My first time was in Portegolpe, the second in Samara, Buena Vista (with the turtles), then from top to bottom of Pacific coast, and my third &…

Is this near Playa Samara y Buena Vista? I’ll never forget that peligroso sign about the current or the actual current. 😌
I miss CR so much.
