Homes should be for people, not for profit.
We need to take housing back from corporate landlords.
Our plan will do just that, by building lasting affordability, strengthening tenant protections, and opening new paths to ownership so Canadians can afford to put down roots.

A privilege to spend some time with the folks from IBEW Local 424 and representatives from labour unions across Edmonton.
I shared my vision for rebuilding the NDP. The NDP has always been the party for working people but we stopped showing that. That needs to change and change starts with us! ✊

On Remembrance Day, I think of my grandfather, Daniel Alberta McCoy, a WWII gunner, whose plane was shot down over Belgium.
His story reminds me that remembrance is not just about war. We must honour those who served by committing ourselves to peace, justice, and humanity.

There is a lot of work we can do together - protecting Canadian jobs, stopping Company unions like CLAC, and getting Canadian workers rights enshrined in law.
