I didn’t say that Roman Palestine has a lot to do with modern Palestine. It’s a place and Arabs are a people, a diverse people.

No, I’m not. I’m looking at who gets demonized and what happens because of it. Arabs get demonized and killed. We tell stories to justify the killing. The stories have to be viewed with caution in light of who is getting killed and who is killing. Millions and millions of Arabs have been killed

The sheer numbers of who has been killed & by whom don’t lie. I can see why Arabs defend themselves. Are some people more entitled to defense than others? The US & Israel can kill millions but Arabs are the real bad guys? It doesn’t make sense outside of a one sided perspective.

It was the Bushes, lol? Two old dudes with guns? They didn’t use the US gov, $, people & support to kill all those people and destroy so very much? Their excuse was the Iraqis & Afghans deserved it.

Did you miss the US destruction of Iraq in 1991? The overthrow of Iran’s democracy? The harm to & displacement of Palestinians for decades? At least 4.5 mil people died/killed in the ME because of the US between 2021-23. The US did this because we felt they didn’t deserve otherwise after 9/11.

I was eating with family and friends on September 11. I told them I felt ashamed because of all the horrible things we had done to people in the Middle East. They weren’t receptive to the big picture. Do you think Afghans are receptive to the big picture? We said they deserved it.
