People didn’t turn out to blindly vote “blue no matter who” like the dems thought they would. You can’t tell your base you don’t need their vote for months on end and then expect them to show up anyway.

I don’t know their name but my dad used to listen to this one band that had songs about like Walruses, hammers, the number 9, and some girl named Penny Lane (iirc). Kinda weird but I liked it 🤷
