It was noted in the NYT article that it was a distinction from the other similar clinics in the area. I noted it as a possibility—perhaps I should’ve been clear that I don’t know what the motive was. Mine was a guess.

I know. But I read it in the NYT and the clinic posted about it on Facebook. The blast did not impact the lab where sensitive medical equipment, information, and the embryos are secured.

That particular location helps LGBTQ+ couples with fertility care. It’s on their website. This isn’t about abortion. And clearly “life” is not what it’s about either. It’s about who gives life. It’s about control.
