Yes. I had those “permanent” retainers on the back of my top and bottom front teeth. When the top one came off years ago my two front teeth started shifting right away. One sticks out way more than the other now. You can call me snaggle tooth.

Yes. And staying sober is much harder for a dry drunk. Sobriety is internal work. Personality disorders prevent that work a whole lotta the time.
