Navigating some health challenges this year has required “radical rest”. It’s essential for recovery. Sleep, yes, but devoted rest as well.🩵

I love the different quality and intensity of light at different places in the world. Different latitudes and architecture dance with light in different ways. The most beautiful grey skies I’ve ever seen are in two places: Newfoundland and London. 🩶
