I have a male cardinal that repeatedly pecks at my patio doors. I've put up holographic stickers and aluminum foil and he persists. Ideas? I think I'm going to buy a couple of plastic owls next.

I have a male cardinal that regularly flies into my patio doors in the late afternoons. I've had curtains open, & closed and it keeps doing it. Any ideas on getting it to stop? I don't want it to hurt itself. #wildbirds #cardinal

This game is exciting for my Philly fan friends, and basically most of the country who wants KC to lose. Best ads so far for me? Google, Nike, Weathertech. Mt Dew was memorable, Pringles too.

In NYC for a screening of a new doc, Sensory Overload from Vox Media (on Hulu 3/3). Terrified to think that people in the film could lose the little support but mostly protection they get as programs are slashed, including 2 dear friends.

Sad but not surprised that the new commander in chief immediately looks to blame without offering any condolences for the lives lost. But gun control conversations after school attacks time after time? Let's not lay blame, just offering thoughts and prayers. Sickening.

An acquaintance/friend recently started a connection project, with her goal of 10+ minute Zooms to reconnect with people she's not in regular touch with and mine was this morning. It was so good to see her and catch up and made me realize there are people I'm that I need to contact asap!
