California’s first-in-the-nation AI safety law includes whistleblower protections, but concessions narrowed them sharply, limiting coverage to select safety staff and requiring serious harm or extreme risk before employees are protected, leaving insiders vulnerable to retaliation.

BREAKING: Trump says 25% tariffs on Canada and Mexico will begin February 1.

One small problem.

The president does NOT have unilateral power to change tariff rates.

Trump needs Congress - and will GOP reps and senators vote to destroy their local economies?

Today was a rough day, by design. I feel so many emotions it’s hard to describe.

I know one thing though all of this was by design to make us give up.

This quote summarizes what we need to do. We are NOT staying down, we will NOT obey. Tonight we rest, tomorrow we rise.

Goodnight 🙏🏽

She had volunteered for the Bernie Sanders campaign and worked tirelessly to register voters.
She also guided her big sister into becoming the proactive and conscious voter I became.
