4 - feel, know, touch & emotion

I met Aimie in one of my Somatic Experiences classes. A few people I've met in SE classes are releasing books. It's a little surreal to be in a class & working with people who are published authors.

One of the problems in spiritual communities- emotional bypassing. Positive vibes only isn't all that high when you're & suppressing anger, shame, guilt, etc. Integration is key.

Ticks can spread lyme disease. Good that you've already been to the hospital & received antibiotics.
