We = City of San Diego;
EDMA = Energy Demand Management Agreement (it's like a PPA for storage oriented to financing off demand charge reduction costs)

Yup, we've got 4 going up right now under a PPA/EDMA structure, up to 3 in play with the HMGP grant, and looking at a EV charging oriented system at another location to ensure we've got 'fuel' for our fleet in case of a grid event for emergency ops.

San Diego received a HMGP FEMA grant through CalOES for identification & partial design of resiliency microgrids at 1-3 city facilities. Don't know if the money will be there next year, but the folks at FEMA now are very aware of the need to invest in resiliency as a part of emergency management.
