That was general consensus in MI after Oxford too, “they won’t be convicted of anything serious”. It seemed so obvious, but we were nervous right up to the verdict. I’m glad others are following suit. Unfortunately, we still have some here who maintain they shouldn’t have been held responsible. 🤦♀️

The potential consequence for releasing it anyway is censure or expulsion, which takes 2/3 vote. The ranking Dem member lost her seat, what exactly does she have to lose?

In other words, there are 5 Dems with access to that report that only risk a fine if they release it.
