Did you know that yesterday (22/4) was St Arwald’s Day?
He was the last pagan king in England and was brutally murdered after being forced to convert to Christianity. Arwald’s family were Jutish rulers of the Isle of Wight. Arwald’s sons fled to the New Forest and were betrayed and murdered.

Yesterday thinking about my extensive collection of non fiction books for the March non fiction book challenge, has brought some old favourites to mind.
This one although delivery new, reminded me of a well leafed book from my childhood. My ‘go to’ for anything ghostly or supernatural.
