It’s been 2-3 years since I’ve last taken art seriously, or at least enjoyed it.. I’ve learned a lot and discovered many things about myself through that time and I’m grateful for the much needed break. I’m excited to start creating again, through a new lens and new mindset.

Trying to discover core feelings and beliefs behind something is tough when your main coping skill is distraction. I’ve been honing this skill for at least a decade of my life, so I can only expose myself to an opposite action a few minutes at a time. A workout for my nervous system that’s for sure…
