I was thinking of finally returning to amigurumi designs, starting with this unfinished little trans frog, but I can't. I can't find the pattern. I swear I was writing it down but. I. don't know where it is.

Some low stakes #sewing practice happening.

I'm sewing two pieces of cheap fabric together with different machine settings, then I'll move on to making the resulting piece into a pillow cover.

I hope it turns out nice, but it's ok if it's bad so long as I get it done and have that experience. 🪡

Tbh I wish I could find people who'd pay me to make them blankets like this but it would have to cost them upwards of 5,000€ and no one who respects me enough to pay that would be able to afford it.

The baby blanket so far laid out on a couch. The size of it is more like two baby blankets lined up next to each other; it would fit over most people's legs. A fork sits by it for scale. It's crocheted with very thin yarn in a diagonally striped gradient from purple to lilac to light brown to dark brown and then a lighter brown again.

Hey all! I've been not super active with the creative posting for a while now—partly because this one project became top crafting priority, but also because I've been really spent. Burnt out. Again.

Anyway here's an update on the baby blanket. I finally attached the second skein! 🧶

We're trying handmade stuffed crust for the first time ever tonight.
Pizza dough hand-pressed into a rectangle on a baking sheet. The edges have been rolled up with cheese inside. Some bits of shredded cheese are scattered around the dough. The pizza now with its toppings, including pre-spiced gyro meat and paprika slices, in the oven, ready for baking.
