Freedom does not mean you can do whatever you want without consequence. There has to be a balance between meeting individual needs and collective needs. Checks and balances are the keystone of our society.

Everyone is a mix of masculine and feminine energies. Too much of either one is toxic. Toxic masculinity shows up as arrogance and overbearing aggression. Toxic femininity shows up as passivity and 'poor me' victimhood. Intelligent people embrace a healthy balance between these extremes.

There needs to be a maximum CEO : employee pay ratio and a maximum profit margin for corporations. Then we can have fair wages without corporations passing the cost right back to the consumer

The US has a financial obesity problem. A small group of people have accumulated far more than their fair share, and it's choking off the flow to everyone else. If we are to promote the general welfare, we need laws that prevent wealth from concentrating too greatly in any one place.

The biggest threat in the US is emotional immaturity. Our society has been ransacked by people with the emotional maturity of 8 year olds. Social media is full of petty insults, cruelty, condescension, and unfiltered egomania. The medicine we need is emotional intelligence. So many seem unwilling.
