CBS Chicago reports that while Chicagoland resident Yadira Chavez tried to get her fiancé, Giovani Flores Garcia, out of ICE custody after he was arrested with no criminal history and no warrant, she was then scammed out of $10,000 by someone impersonating an immigration lawyer.
