So glad to announce that our Plymouth hub is back

It’s definitely getting colder but that didn’t dampen the team spirit tonight. We feel so privileged to have such an amazing team. Look at those smiles as people are getting out. Now that’s the power of nature charging a positive mental health.

Our biggest project to date. To take 20 people and take them basically from couch to tri over a 20 week project.

This morning, we embraced the refreshing waters of Torre Abbey Sands for an invigorating swim. There’s nothing quite like plunging into the cool water to awaken your body and mind.
Swimming in the sea is more than just exercise—it’s a moment to reconnect, recharge, and feel truly alive.

Busy dip today at Brixham not only because HealthScape had over 20 dippers but it was fantastic to see so many other people & groups getting in.

As the nights draw in and the temperature drops a chance for a night dip is an opportunity too good to miss.

Being a small non profit it’s great to team up with British Triathlon to pilot a project to take 10 people over 19 weeks from couch to a mini Triathlon in June. Interested in taking part drop us a message applications close 10th Dec or may close earlier if demand is high.
