Fossil Ridge Park update: My kids & I found a way into the park at the end of Coy Dr. Just as inaccessible as the official entry inside the gates of Mulholland Estates. Droves of pampas grass, dense brush, no trails, lotsa cuts, but rewarded with an oak grove near Buckley School.

Taoism isn’t about worship, dogma, or conversion. It’s not a religion—it’s a way of seeing and living in harmony with what already is. No belief required.

Joanna Macy, a foundational figure in Buddhism and ecology, has passed away. She trained Stephanie Kaza (the most sophisticated American writer in this field) and many others, was a pioneer in facing eco-anxiety, and tireless activist.
