I find I connect best with my feminine energy when I'm caring for myself, simple things like taking a bath, cooking a nice meal, and indulging in things that bring me joy.

I loved the Disney movies too! The first one that really hit me was Cinderella. You know, I just heard from someone that the live action versions of Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Cinderella were really really good. That might be a fun place to start. 🥰

I’m in full support of your intention! 💫 It’s funny, when I’m stressed the hobbies are the first thing to go… when really they should be the first thing I lean into when things get tough.

I love cooking, especially creating new recipes. I also like to put together puzzles, do coloring books and watch fantasy movies and shows. 🥘🧩🎬🎨

I think I should be folding laundry or at least starting a load of laundry. It's that feeling we should be busy all the time and if we're resting we must be lazy.

Rest shouldn't feel like a guilty pleasure—it’s necessary for our health and creativity. ⤵️

I noticed small changes. Instead of hearing criticism when I looked in the mirror, I noticed my hair looked great or how the color of my sweater brought out my eyes. The mean voice wasn’t gone, but it was quieter, softer—like a friend offering gentle advice and not a critic tearing me down. (5/6)

I looked ay myself and said out loud, "I don't ever want you to talk to me like that again." That statement was the beginning of a new practice: mirror work. It’s not easy—and sometimes you have to take it slow. But slow is still progress. (4/6)

I’ll never forget the day I stared at myself in the bathroom mirror, and that voice said something awful about my naked body. I felt a mix of disgust and sadness—disgusted that I would talk to myself that way and sad that I hadn’t been a good friend to myself. That’s when something shifted. (3/6)
