2025 Training Plan: Spend the year getting ready for 2026.
Spent so much of 2024 racing that it was just a big blur. Learned a lot and know I can race on a whim. But to do it right, it's time to pare things down.

American health is abysmal.
Unfortunately, when we try to address the issue, we end up with a lot of showmanship & grift instead of substance.
