(4/4) Long story short, if I take long breaks from my workout routines or eat unhealthy for extended periods of time, well, then I start feeling shitty about my body and nudity can’t change that.

(3/4) align with my values. As for my body, while I do accept the things I can‘t change by now (again, social nudity did help with this), I‘m not satisfied with my looks whenever I don‘t take action to at least trying to slow the decay.

You guys are referring to Therme Erding. Been there, great stuff! There's a handful German spas ranking even higher on our personal list. If you happen to come near Berlin, Hamburg or Cologne / Düsseldorf, make sure to visit an outlet of Vabali Spa - breathtakingly atmospheric!
