I understand that the plan went sideways but attacking your own party isn’t going to help now. We are under siege… please focus on where we are at now. This is Trump, Musk and the Republicans in general that have done this.

It was a really impossible situation. I’m thankful our government is staying open because I really don’t know what would happen to it if it is closed. It would not have been a normal shut down.

I’m hope so. I’ve got some big worries about this whole situation.

Part of Trump’s appeal is he always shows up to fight. He’s loud and everywhere. Democrats should be loud and everywhere too, even in typical MAGA territory. Nothing about my expensive middle class life is getting better with what Trump is doing.

Interesting idea! My son had a dream of being a MD but we know it’s financially impossible so we’ve settled for another path in education, which is still steep with cost but hopefully he will be debt free (or close to it) when he’s done.

I believe we collectively will need to suffer to get through the plague of Trump. He said he was going to do all the things.

Depends on the price and what the benefits package looks like in comparison to what we have now. We keep sliding to higher prices with less benefits. Every year. And fewer real choices in our rural area.

I believe Democrats have some really great ideas but they are not coming to fruition for a vast amount of people. Democrats need not only better, further reaching PR (without the snobbery) but also stronger, tangible action.
