No fear needed. I own 2 Teslas. No issues in 6 years of ownership. They are just as dependable as your vehicle. Your car & an EV can catch fire. You have a gas tank which is easier to catch on fire. Why do they tell you not to smoke while filling up. Broken fuel line/spark you have a fire. U R fine.

Yes and it’s been corrected via a software update, last night. Now in a few months I will get a letter from the Feds telling me there is a recall. Something really has to be done about that. If it’s something that can’t be fixed by an update then send a notification.
