I have a friend an upstate New York who plays a standard right hand guitar upside down and backward without changing the string order, so her base string is on the bottom and her high e is on the top. The pick guard is on the top also.

It looks like a left-handed guitar strung as though it was an upside down right handed guitar. Notice the base strings on the bottom and the treble strings on the top. Not judging. Just observing.

The Bluejays seem to be on the road to victory.

I'm a neighbor to your south. I regularly eat tofu, seitan (wheat gluten), textured vegetable protein, oat and coconut milk, etc. So far, I still like girls.

I don't know how we will ever be able to redeem ourselves in the eyes of Canada but I hope we'll figure out a way. It tears at my heart and fills me with shame that my country, my fellow countrymen, our country's elected leader, has behaved in the way it has.

It looks very elegant, and isn't painted in garish gold.

Kudos to my northern neighbors for creating such an inclusive environment.

This is more productive than inspirational, and it's doing a whole lot more people a whole lot more good.

If we in the US cannot respect our health care workers as professionals and treat them accordingly then I have to support their opportunity to go where they will be respected. It might mean I have a longer wait for health care, or that I have to drive a little farther, but as Hegseth says, "FAFO."

Did anyone check his pocket for a blue sharpie?

Tears of shame, regret, and longing flow.

You were a fine looking young lad.

Wow! We have really awakened our gentle giant to the north and corrupted your extraordinarily nice vocabulary. My prayer is that, together, we someday break bread together at Tim Hortons and say, "that was awful and we sure hope we don't let it happen again."

Beautiful song, Charlie. It took me back to sometimes kinder and gentler days (in my memory, shaded with the patina of time).

A musician friend recently introduced me to yerba matte as a change of pace for my caffeine. It tastes a little like grass clippings the first couple of times, but then it grows on you.

How can you tell I'm a boomer? While I love coding and coffee, I can't listen to music and code. I get too into the music.
