Going back to my AP Environmental project on snowshoe hares. I didn’t take the picture but I love it.

They are keystone species which just means that if they are removed from the ecosystem, the ecosystem would crumble.

It is genuinely bullshit that people blame activists and scientists for the growing sense of despair as our climate collapses, rather than the corporations and politicians that are sentencing us to a violent and dangerous future. The alarm bells are off, and you need to heed them.

The story of Dido and Aeneas:

Aeneas is shipwrecked in Carthage and meets Dido and the two fall in love. However, the gods tell Aeneas to go back to Rome and he gets tricked by a sorceress to leave Dido. As a result, Dido becomes heartbroken and commits suicide.
