The housing market in Albuquerque is wild and doesn’t make sense. I have heard from multiple people that they have had investment firms approach them about buying their house…. Houses don’t stay on the market long yet Albuquerque’s population is declining…..

I feel like I have to scream from the rooftops here that they don’t have our best interests in mind, even if they are democrats. Just a lack of being informed, I have wondered if it is because we don’t have a lot of accessible news reporting here

I went to a meeting for public comments on the sale of New Mexico Gas Company to Bernhard Capital Partners and a representative from the Governors office attended to voice l support of the sale All but one resident that attended was opposed and representatives for others were the lone supporters

There is a guy on YouTube who is a military ration connoisseur and collects and tries ones from around the world ppl even send them to him to try He will even try out military rations that are super old, like all the way back to the world wars, he seems to be able to tell what is okay and what isnt

As a NM resident you would be surprised at who quietly supports natural resource mining and corporate interests I think people just assume because their state (NM) is primarily “blue” that they can tune out but this state is for sale private equity is taking over from healthcare to utility companies

I hate how some go for the low hanging fruit of reasons/excuses for the actions of others. These people are terrible and it has nothing to do with mental illness.

100% this. Plenty of people I know are former users or recreationally use on the weekends and they aren’t assholes. Don’t lump us under the same umbrella as them.

Income based options arent as accessible as they were under the previous admin I was under the SAVE and that going away A couple months ago the change was supposed to go from 55 to 157 now it says 355 I never assume why people default Most are one medical emergency or car repair away from bankrupt

This administration is so “cart before the horse”coded. Non-medical people don’t have the proper knowledge to self diagnose and skip straight to the specialist of their choosing. What a waste of time and resources for everyone.

I have noticed this. Costco prices are different,lower, in store than on Instacart. DoorDash does the same, meal price is higher on the app than what is on the actual menu

None that I know of. This is the first time I personally have seen this big of a mistake, the most recent thing I can think of is a EQ was downgraded in strength.

Thank you so much for this! Before going on a GLP I read as much as I could because I had the same concerns, articles like yours are so important, and thankfully my experience has been the opposite and I now focus on eating as much as my appetite allows and no longer restrict high calorie foods
