Can someone explain to me why Trump is talking about tariffs just against our two closet international friends and neighbors, Canada and Mexico. I mean, no mention, say, of China? I'm trying not to assume it's maximum chaos or stupidity, in the spirit of cooperation/moving forward. Thoughts?
