Me to my 8yr old: What's was the best part of your day at school?

8yr old: 2 things - free choice & morning meeting

Me: What's morning meeting? You've never told me about it.

8yr old: You don't know about morning meeting?!?! Well it's a meeting but it the morning.

My kiddo asked me who the president was, so I told her. She now calls him Donald Trumpet. One of her best comments of the night was, "Donald Trumpet is a bad man." She is wise behind her years.

My kids are obsessed with getting packages in the mail. After looking at the cost of book subscriptions, I decided to DIY it. Hopefully, I will be able to get away with faking shipping labels for a while so I don't actually have to pay to mail them to my house.

He's a spoiled basshole who gets away with anything he wants.
