I’m feeling so disconcerted by the cognitive dissonance so many of us are experiencing. We’re watching, criticizing, feeling uncertainty, and yet we’re going about our day to day as if things are the same. And I fear that we’ll start to feel the impact of the tyranny soon. 😔

Mike Pence has been going behind Trump’s back to smooth out foreign relations and now DeSantis won’t allow the Tate brothers to come into FL. You know things are bad when I’m rooting for Pence and DeSantis 🤦‍♀️

I’m concerned about increased social isolation. Businesses are closing, people are moving online for daily activities (digital books from the library, groceries, etc). We’re losing “bumping into" opportunities with others. And so, we're going to have to be more intentional with our gatherings.

This is the cohort for my 200 hour yoga teacher training. And…a pic of my very first attempt at teaching (a small group). This is a pretty great experience.
