Yes, we do forgive some of them just as we would forgive family members sucked into a cult. Many have been conned, manipulated, and gaslit.

Right? I'm a real black belt (not from a money grubbing McDojo). I've dealt w/abuse & been in real fights, but the bad sensei & how these kids fight out of class has me afraid to watch the last season. It's crazy how these kids so emotionally grab me.
