Now that I think about it, I've always distinguished "finished" (when credits roll) and "completed" (when you get all achievements/collectables)

To be fair to have Hydro you need to have enough sites.
Also when you have enough Hydro you can use it to store excess wind and solar energy (somewhat) easily

In principle I fully agree, but i'm becoming less sure of liking economic interdependence across distant continents, unless as europeans we have the military might to defend it, given how the US now seem less interested doing that for free for us.
