I still can't get over MacKenzie. Putting a comic relief companion in a #Metroid game is pretty much the most disrespectful thing to the source material imaginable.

It's so incredibly fitting that the set with Morbius is the set where WotC saw everyone's pseudo-ironic obsession with something on social media and tried to capitalize on it.

i had been enjoying #mtg standard before rotation, so I was trying to believe that Vivi Cauldron isn't that bad.
But even with nine dedicated sideboard cards, it usually wins even when I have good hands.

If they don't ban Vivi within a week or two, I have to uninstall Arena for a while again.

Stock Up's existence feels so bizarre.
For decades #mtg has barely been willing to do any power creep at all over Divination, "three mana: draw two cards."
Then they just release the clearly best card advantage sorcery since treasure cruise, with no fanfare and the most generic art/flavor text.

I wonder if there would be a way to calculate a deck's chance of triggering Portent of Calamity with a given X value. I imagine it would have to be insanely complicated.
