This is called customer service. It’s absent in most of the retail world, but a customer focused business (of any size) should actively engage and train employees on why this is important and how to do it. I applaud Target - but still won’t shop there.

The Art of the Deal guy - the "world's best negotiator" either can't or won't put an end to the shutdown. If it's the former, then further proof that he's a fake, phony, and fraud. If it's the latter, he's just reading from the Project 2025 playbook. Both unforgivable.

Because it distracts from the message. If I see a post that starts with “I saw,” I’m much more likely to read it. If it starts with “I seen,” I’m moving right by.
