I found frozen pineapple chunks in my freezer while re-organising so made jam. Didn't have enough white sugar so used brown as well. It is really nice on eggy bread or crumpets or as a base for virgin/pina colada. #nom

Some fun with my little buddha buddies and snowdrops which were taken a few years ago in much nicer weather in local woods. Canon DSLR with a mix of kit and fast aperture prime lenses. #photography #snowdrops #zen #flowers

No churn luxury fruit ice cream. You need 1 pot of double cream for each fruit flavour. I churned both pots and the condensed milk together. Otherwise only use half a tin of 397g condensed milk. I also added a bit of lemon juice to each set of fruit. #nom

St. Paul's from South Bank on phone. Spent a few hours at the National Poetry Library. Bit of research. And a mooch back to Blackfriar's for the Thameslink home. Too wet to get the DSLR out but still an atmospherically dramatic view. #photography #London #city Black and White conversion.

Oh yes, cool. I love newts. Very fascinating looking juveniles. You can see how they are related to salamandars etc
