With prices going up, here are some common substitutions for eggs in your recipes.
1 egg roughly =
- ¼ cup applesauce
- 1 tbsp ground chia/flaxseed + 3 tbsp water
- ¼ cup puréed, silken tofu
- ¼ cup yogurt or buttermilk
- 2 tbsp arrowroot powder + 3 tbsp water
