I handle this by writing tailwindcss with basic html and routing. It is hosted on Github pages so it's no cost but can implement other features by hosting on digital ocean with 5$/month. I can teach you and give you a basic template to fill it in if you are okay with a little bit of code.

I'm on team "document everything". I do this for both design work and code related work. For design folders I literally have .txt files as readme for future reference.

I create a readme.md file for my code based projects and log there every important to remember thing but I mostly write static web sites so maybe that doesn't work great with increasing complexity.

They didn't repair my AirPods Pro 1st gen for the same reason.
