I personally also find comments aren’t super prominent on mobile, since I’m often watching either in full-screen, or with YouTube itself minimized so the video is in the mini-player.

I admit, I also have a soft spot for the weekend date ones rather than the year. For whatever reason, the weekend date ones feel more special.
That said, I still honestly don’t really care that much. I definitely never considered the prerelease promos junk, but they don’t move the needle much.

Our local budget league has been so much fun. Every month has a different theme and a different budget, but it caps out at $40-50. I got a Third Doctor/Dan Lewis deck and an Elder Kindred deck out of it that have so far survived the end of their theme months. Very fun to build within that limit!

Yeah, I feel like Pettitte probably doesn’t have enough years left to make up the gap with the PED thing hanging over him. Still nice to see that the writers remember Felix at his best, despite how quickly the decline came.

There’s also a 99% chance that they’ll push for one in the CBA after this one, with a 1% error bar covering the case where they get one this time around.

In an effort to let you get blown out less by removal, you get blown out more by counterspells. I kinda like that there’s a tradeoff, but you’re right that it’s going to catch some players off guard who don’t realize that’s the case.

Fair enough. I just thought there was a way around having to issue errata to a card if you could change a rule in a way that wouldn’t really impact any other printed cards, but your perspective makes a lot of sense. Appreciate the response!

I’m curious; would it be cleaner to alter the rules for Evoke so that the alternate cost can only be used if it’s on a permanent spell? Then the only thing that might be slightly incorrect would be reminder texts, and even then not really because Evoke would be printed on permanents anyway.
