If you're a developer that's too lazy to inspect the design and use the correct paddings, too lazy to tweak that component to improve its look and behavior, too lazy to compare your final result to the design and tweak where needed, it's no fun working with you.

If you're a project manager that lives by "this is a nice-to-have", "we'll do this in a future release", "no user asked for this", you'll live in a world filled with MVPs and half-baked products, it's no fun working with you.

If you're a designer that doesn't care about iterating and improving beyond what you’re told to by your manager, doesn't care about details, doesn't take time to organize and clean your files, it's no fun working with you.
