Can’t wait for iOS 26 to be done and polished

Once one of my mentors at my first job was helping me debug some code and he told me “The computer will only do what your code told it to do”.

Turns out the crashes I was seeing were being caused by me and not iOS 26. Sometimes it’s too easy to fall into the trap of blaming external factors.

How do I turn that on?

It’s so cool how well AI can generate apps. But you are so right about how there is still skill needed. I tried to help my friend use AI to make an app, but he didn’t know how APIs work, or what to do with JSON, so he wasn’t able to tell AI what it needed to know to finish his app

For number 9, with Xcode 16 this year they introduced the Testing package which is the new way to make tests XCTest will still work, but Testing is what people in 2024 should be using.
