One of Democrats’ biggest problems is ppl see Miller’ & Vought’s demented malevolence-as-policy & they assume Congress let it happen, without understanding that Trump’s White House is largely doing whatever TF they want, & Congressional Repubs have ceded Congress’ powers to the executive branch /2
