Morrowind for me, so much variety with guilds and consequences to your actions compared to the other games.
The feeling of becoming overpowered by the end of a playthrough also feels amazing when the first stages of the game are hell.

Very excited for this, your AC1 and black flag retrospectives were masterpieces imo and helped inspire many of my college essays on the importance of game design and narrative.
