Loneliness, something Ive felt for a long time but never had it felt it this crushing due to my past actions. I've been able to blow it off before as it caused by others but when it's your own actions that led you here, there doesn't seem to be any amount of recourse alleviate this feeling

When I was diagnosed with #autism as an adult It made me reflect on all the cringe things I did as a child (and still do) that are just autism things
