UX diary: idea for Netflix. Parent accounts. Cheaper than normal, you can select any movie but no need to license the film because the customers have all fallen asleep by the time the movie begins.

This is so delightfully on point. UXers take note: a formulaic 5-step design thinking process won’t save you
So much mentoring I do is asking folks to treat themselves with kindness.
Overwork, anxiety, external and internal pressure can put us into a dark hole. We find ourselves lacking mental resources to be playful.
- You need kindness.
