Even with those, some countries are really weird about granting citizenship. I know those with disabilities have like zero chance to immigrate to many countries.l and gain citizenship. They're stuck in the US.

I saw that a federal judge froze the recent executive order as many states' AGs sued Trump. Could a federal judge freeze her being fired? This seems silly we have to go without the NLRB while we wait for this obviously illegal move to be resolved in courts.

Elections are fine as they are handled by regional districts. This does, however, prevent the National board from reaching quorum, stalling any needed rulings, such as if an employer is violating a union contract that makes it's way up for national review.

Idk where you live, but California Dems match Federal Dems in this regard. They "care" about process over productivity and progress. It's partially why things take forever to be built and are built with high price tags. I hate it.

Not sure where you are located, or if it would be worth pursuing for you. But some US states have penalties for not giving a legally mandated break. In California for example, the employer would be required to pay you for the lunch break and pay you an hour extra.
