Many Type 2s are in deep denial about that; remission isn't permanent, and NO ONE can keep it perfect forever. Eventually whatever pancreatic function they had managed to keep WILL fail and insulin is the new normal.

I've been Type 2 for 10 years already, genes plus the stress of University and the immigration process triggered that early and I did get to a remission point for a bit BUT it was always on a timer!

The wetter, almost puree'd salsas slap so much harder than pico OR chunky style!
