I know she cares, but her dad emerged from the wreckage, and all we got was a split-second frame of her looking upset before she ignores him. Yes he will recover, but the scene made her look uncaring. If they wanted humor he could have said “I’m gonna sleep now” or something to show he was fine.

And I say that, knowing she's very sheltered and has no real-life experience. So hopefully we get her realization moment that she needs to understand things from others' point of view first, before assuming she can fix everything with a sorry and talks of redemption.

Is it wrong to want more moments of Charlie caring for Lucifer? She pushed everyone aside this season, so a second of “Dad, are you okay?” before talking to Pentious would’ve been enough. She's a very sympathetic character, but she doesn't show much empathy, so hopefully she works on this in S3.
