Smoked some fresh made hatch bratwurst today at 225* for about three hours today. You say 225* for three hours way to long....I say with the #traeger #pro34 and cooler weather makes a difference. Love my #Traeger but sensitive to the weather temperatures and if any wind. Have to adjust. P.S. Go M's

#Traeger back up and running. Fans are good, replaced the fire pot and ignitor rod, and then adjusted the ignitor rod. Let the smoke roll. Smoked some steelhead, and Chipotle Cheddar sausages. 😋
