Good morning, #PEC! On the stand today: fresh eggs, romaine, basil, kale, arugula, lavender, chamomile, nasturtium flowers (they’re edible!), dill, garlic scapes, licorice mint, lemon balm, a variety of jams, and beautiful turnips! Pay what you can to support local, fresh, organic food for all.

Greenhouse is waking up!
In fact the greenhouse inside the greenhouse with the heated germination table is almost full.
Still rather cold here zone5a/b with large temperature swings.
This method has proven to give our homestead an early great start.
